(DTO) On the morning of February 2, a delegation of leaders from the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Thap Province paid tribute at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery (My Tra Ward) and the Tomb of Deputy Laureate Nguyen Sinh Sac – the father of President Ho Chi Minh (Cao Lanh Ward). The visit was held to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026) and to celebrate the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year.
