(DTO) On the evening of March 31, in Thanh Binh Commune, the Vietnam Stage Artists Association, in collaboration with the Dong Thap Literature and Arts Association and Sen Viet Stage, presented the art program “Echoes of Our Roots - Shining into the Future,” drawing a large and enthusiastic audience.
Attending the event was People’s Artist Trinh Thuy Mui, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Alliance of Literature and Arts Associations, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Stage Artists Association, and National Assembly Deputy of Dong Thap Province (16th term).

In her remarks, she noted: “The program offered artists a chance to express their love for the homeland, honor their roots, foster national pride, and share the enduring values of Vietnamese culture, while also reaffirming the role of literature and the arts in society.”

The event celebrated the successful election of the 16th National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term while also contributing to communicating Party guidelines and State policies, promoting tradition, and preserving and elevating national cultural values in line with Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW on the development of Vietnamese culture.

The program’s structure moved from the cultural spirit of the southern region to the broader landscape of the nation, weaving together sentiments toward homeland and ancestry, delivering a message of humanity, and inspiring national pride and aspirations for progress in the new era.

A blend of music performances, cai lương, and dance, combined with the participation of well-known artists, created an emotionally rich production that enriched the community’s cultural life and became a highlight among local artistic activities.

The program was meticulously directed by Professor, Honorary Doctor Chu Bao Que, featuring works that celebrated the homeland and the Vietnamese people, honoring national cultural traditions and the beauty of Dong Thap.
The evening brought together many beloved performers, including Meritorious Artist and Director Le Nguyen Dat, Meritorious Artists Minh Nhi, Hoang Tung, Hai Yen, Nhu Huynh, actor Minh Luan, cai lương artist Binh Tinh, actor and MC Hoa Hiep, singer Ba Thang, among others.
