During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the production and business operations of the enterprises. According to representatives of Long Jiang Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., the park has now attracted 63 projects, with an occupancy rate of approximately 87%. Preliminary statistics show that enterprises in the park generated around 3.2 billion USD in revenue and contributed more than 504 billion VND to the state budget.

At the meeting, enterprises proposed several requests to the province, including support and guidance on procedures for installing solar power systems; assistance in addressing difficulties in labor recruitment, especially skilled workers; and solutions related to investment in port facilities.

After hearing reports, Mr. Phan Van Thang praised the production and business results achieved by the enterprises in 2025 as well as in recent years.
He emphasized that, with the goal of strengthening the business community and helping the province achieve rapid growth, the entire provincial political system places strong priority on grasping enterprise operations and promptly removing obstacles.

Dong Thap Province considers enterprise development a decisive factor in driving economic growth. In 2025, the province recorded many positive results in socio-economic development, to which the business sector made significant contributions.

The Deputy Secretary acknowledged the difficulties raised by enterprises and instructed relevant agencies to address them. Issues under the authority of the commune must be resolved promptly by the commune; those under provincial authority must be handled immediately by the Economic Zone Management Board in coordination with relevant departments; and matters beyond provincial authority will be reported to provincial leaders.

Provincial leaders will direct departments and local authorities to organize activities such as job fairs to help support enterprise labor needs. He urged enterprises to promptly report any challenges or bottlenecks.
Deputy Secretary Phan Van Thang affirmed that provincial leaders will create the most favorable conditions for enterprises in the province to operate effectively, reiterating the commitment to accompanying and supporting businesses in overcoming difficulties.
In the new year, on behalf of provincial leaders and the delegation, Mr. Phan Van Thang extended his best wishes for continued growth and further success in the production and business activities of the enterprises.
