(DTO) On October 28, 2026, as part of a working visit to Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China, a Dong Thap provincial delegation led by Mr. Tran Van Dung, member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, visited Ningbo Boyang Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Lanyang Technology Co. (BLUEOCEAN).
The visit aimed to assess the companies’ capabilities and core businesses while strengthening connections and tapping investment cooperation opportunities between Dong Thap Province and Chinese partners.
Headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, and established in 1958, Ningbo Boyang Holding Group operates in textiles, home textiles, trade and industrial investment.

With its long history of development and diversified business operations, the group is a promising partner for Dong Thap to explore cooperation in manufacturing, trade and supply chain development.
During the visit and discussions, the delegation gained deeper insights into the company’s production and business operations and exchanged information on Dong Thap’s potential, advantages and investment opportunities.
The discussions provided a solid springboard for both sides to further explore cooperation in textiles, home textiles, business-to-business networking, and consumer market expansion in the coming period.
The Dong Thap delegation also visited Lanyang Technology Co. (BLUEOCEAN), a specialist in the research and development of immersion liquid-cooling technology and energy-efficient heat-dissipation solutions.
The company’s technologies are designed for applications in data centres, servers and information technology infrastructure, boosting equipment operating efficiency and energy utilization.
As digital transformation and green transition emerge as dominant global trends, engagement with Lanyang Technology offers Dong Thap an opportunity to learn about advanced technological solutions, discuss potential applications tailored to practical local needs, and explore prospects for high-tech cooperation.
Through these engagements, the province continues to promote its investment environment, potential and advantages to international businesses, helping expand its partner network and secure foreign investment in highly compatible sectors.

Through the visits to businesses in Ningbo, Dong Thap actively drives targeted investment promotion, tightly aligning investors’ needs with the province’s potential and advantages.
The visits also provided an opportunity to expand cooperation with the Chinese business community and seek suitable partners in manufacturing, trade and technology, mobilizing robust resources to fuel socio-economic development, elevate growth quality, and accelerate international economic integration.
