Dong Thap: Exploring Solutions to Develop the Logistics System

(DTO) On the morning of September 30, the Dong Thap Department of Science and Technology, the Dong Thap Department of Industry and Trade, and the Institute for Regional Development Research and Consulting under the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, held a scientific workshop on the topic “Exploring and proposing solutions to develop the logistics system in Dong Thap Province.” 

At the workshop, delegates discussed the current state and solutions for developing Dong Thap’s logistics system through 2030, with a vision to 2050, as well as digital transformation in logistics and solutions for building a modern, efficient and sustainable logistics ecosystem. 

The workshop also examined the development of Dong Thap’s logistics ecosystem, from current bottlenecks to new growth drivers, as well as plans to implement the resolution on developing the province’s transport infrastructure for 2026-2030. 

Delegates also exchanged views and contributed ideas on issues related to developing the province’s logistics system, helping propose solutions aligned with Dong Thap’s development direction in the coming years.
