(DTO) On September 19, a delegation from the Dong Thap Provincial Military Command, led by Senior Colonel Cao Van Thao, Deputy Political Commissar, joined doctors and medical staff from the Dong Thap Military-Civilian Hospital to offer free medical examinations, medicines, and gifts to residents in Prey Veng and Pursat provinces, Cambodia.

Doctors examine residents in Tro Peang Sre Commune, Me Sang District, Prey Veng Province.

During the day, the delegation treated and presented gifts to over 200 residents in Tro Peang Sre Commune, Me Sang District, Prey Veng Province.

The activity was part of efforts to provide medical support for underprivileged families. It also served as a tribute to individuals for their dedicated assistance to Team K91 in locating and recovering the remains of fallen Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who sacrificed their lives during past wars in Cambodia. The initiative contributed to tightening the enduring solidarity and friendship between Dong Thap Province and the local authorities and citizens of Prey Veng and Pursat.

Members of the delegation distribute free medicines to Cambodian residents.

Concurrently, the delegation combined their mission with public advocacy, mobilizing ongoing support among locals for locating Vietnamese martyrs' graves. This facilitates Team K91's operations on the ground, ensuring the successful search, recovery, and repatriation of martyrs' remains.

According to the plan, from September 19 to 25, the delegation will conduct these medical missions across four districts within Prey Veng and Pursat provinces.
