Dong Thap Youth Union, Viettel Ink Digital Transformation Partnership

(DTO) On September 30, the Dong Thap Provincial Youth Union partnered with Viettel Dong Thap to sign a strategic digital transformation agreement for the 2026–2030 period. 

The event also unveiled the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dong Thap Province's Official Account (OA) on the Viettel Tammi platform and launched the “Dong Thap Digital Youth Community”.

Under the agreement, the two sides will spearhead key initiatives for the 2026–2030 phase, including advancing digital technology integration across Youth Union activities; boosting economic development, entrepreneurship, and innovation; enhancing technology skills via the “Mass Digital Literacy” movement; upgrading infrastructure and services; expanding communications and youth networking; ensuring social welfare; and fostering human resource development through tech experiences and career guidance.

The partnership will also drive the creation and maintenance of “Mass Digital Literacy” teams and “Digital Youth Community” models, while piloting the Viettel Tammi application and other tailored tech solutions for Youth Union operations.

On this occasion, the Dong Thap Provincial Youth Union officially debuted its OA on Viettel Tammi and activated the “Dong Thap Digital Youth Community.” To date, the provincial Youth Union has established 130 specialized OA communities across various sectors and units.

From now until December 31, 2026, the provincial Youth Union aims to fully integrate Viettel Tammi into its operations, targeting having over 70% of its members and local youth following the OA and participating in its affiliated digital communities.
