(DTO) Radiant smiles and eyes sparkling with hope from underprivileged students warmed the atmosphere of the 2025 - 2026 "Chap Canh Uoc Mo" (Empowering Dreams) Scholarship Award Ceremony.
Through every frame, the program not only captured moments of love and giving but also spread a humanitarian message of sharing and community responsibility, motivating students to stride confidently on their journey to conquer knowledge.
Highlights from the “Chap Canh Uoc Mo” Scholarship Program for the 2025–2026 academic year:
