The Xeo Quit Relic Site covers approximately 63 hectares in My Hiep Commune. From 1960 to 1975, it served as the revolutionary base of the Party Committee of Kien Phong Province (now Dong Thap Province), directing the province’s resistance movement.

Amid harsh wartime conditions, with dense enemy outposts and constant raids, the Xeo Quit base remained steadfast, becoming a “people’s stronghold,” protected and supported by local residents. It made important contributions to the overall victory of the resistance war against the United States.

With its exceptional historical value, on April 9, 1992, the Ministry of Culture and Information recognized the Xeo Quit Relic Site as a National Historical and Cultural Relic Site.

The project consists of five main components: the exhibition house, the office building, a parking lot, technical infrastructure systems, and a commemorative monument. The design harmonizes with the surrounding landscape of the relic site, meeting functional needs while honoring historical values.
