Provincial People’s Committee Chairman Nguyen Thanh Nhan: Creating Favorable Conditions for Enterprises to Expand Efficient Production and Business

(DTO) On the afternoon of September 22, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Nhan, along with leaders from relevant departments and sectors, visited and worked at Tan Phuoc 1 Industrial Park (IP) and Long Jiang IP (Tan Phuoc 3 Commune). 

Tan Phuoc 1 IP covers an area of 470 hectares with a total investment capital of over 5,936 billion VND. The ground for technical infrastructure construction of the IP was broken on September 17, 2026. According to the plan, Tan Phuoc 1 IP will begin attracting secondary investors into operation starting from the first quarter of 2027. 

During the visit, Nguyen Thanh Nhan requested that the investor of Tan Phuoc 1 IP continue to adhere closely to the set progress milestones. At the same time, they should strive to deploy infrastructure investment as quickly as possible to swiftly attract secondary investors into production and business operations. During implementation, if any difficulties or obstacles arise, they must be reported promptly so that the province can support and resolve them. 

Following that, Nguyen Thanh Nhan and the delegation visited and worked with Advance Tyre Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Long Jiang IP). 

At the working session, the enterprise reported on its production and business performance over the past 9 months and submitted recommendations regarding foreign experts’ accommodation. 

Also in the program, Nguyen Thanh Nhan and the delegation continued to visit and work at Long Jiang IP Development Co., Ltd. 

Long Giang IP covers an area of 540 hectares, with over 346 hectares leased out, achieving an occupancy rate of 87.9%. The IP has attracted 64 investment projects with a total registered capital of over 59,518 billion VND. Currently, Long Jiang IP is creating jobs for over 35,800 workers. 

In the first 9 months of 2026, the revenue of enterprises in the IP reached over 88,954 billion VND, up 15.86% year-on-year. Industrial production value exceeded 86,793 billion VND, an increase of 15.92% year-on-year; export value reached approximately 2.979 billion USD, up 14.94% over the same period. 

Delivering concluding remarks at the working session, Nguyen Thanh Nhan stated that he was very impressed with the production and business performance at Long Jiang IP in recent times. The province hopes that enterprises will continue to research and expand investments in similar IPs. 

Regarding the enterprise’s recommendations, first concerning investment expansion, the province always supports and will create the most favorable conditions in accordance with current legal regulations and the province’s actual conditions. Regarding expert and worker housing, the province also recognizes this as a need that requires attention. 

The province will direct departments and sectors to coordinate with enterprises to consider appropriate and effective investment models. Contents related to housing investment for experts and workers will continue to be discussed and clarified in the coming time. 

According to Nguyen Thanh Nhan, the province’s orientation is to continue focusing on strong industrial development, especially IPs with manufacturing, heavy industry, high-tech industry, and processing industries utilizing local raw materials, thereby enhancing investment and production efficiency. 

Regarding labor supply difficulties, the province has assessed the situation and will coordinate with the enterprise to formulate solutions early, ensuring a labor force sufficient in quantity and meeting the operational requirements of factories within IPs. In the near future, the province will assign the Department of Home Affairs to take the lead, coordinate with relevant agencies, and connect with IPs, especially for implementation. 

In the coming time, Nguyen Thanh Nhan suggested that the enterprise promptly report any difficulties or problems through the Economic Zone Management Board, the Department of Industry and Trade, and relevant departments and sectors. The province will receive, review, and resolve them at the earliest opportunity, creating favorable conditions for enterprises to grow and expand production and business efficiently. 

Dong Thap wishes to form industrial urban areas in favorable locations, ensuring full services and functional zones to support IP operations. Among these, the province pays special attention to services serving experts and workers, creating the best conditions for workers to feel secure in their work and achieve long-term stability, thereby contributing to enhancing the operational efficiency of IPs.
