(DTO) On April 28, Stage 23 of the 38th Ho Chi Minh City Television Cycling Cup - “Non song lien mot dai” (The Country United as One) concluded in My Tho Ward, Dong Thap Province.

In Stage 23, the race started in Can Tho City and finished in My Tho Ward, Dong Thap Province.

At the end of Stage 23, Patrik Peterson of 620 Nong Nghiep Vinh Long claimed the stage victory. Kenda Dong Nai won the team classification for Stage 23.
