Attending the event were Dr. Cao Nguyen Thi, Vice Rector of TGU; representatives from the Department of Science-Technology Management and International Cooperation; supervising lecturers; and international students from France and Tunisia who are currently undertaking internships at the university.

The program served as a platform for supervising lecturers, domestic students, and international interns to exchange insights into their learning, research, and daily life experiences at TGU. Additionally, the event sought to promote the university’s international cooperation, highlight its global integration efforts, and expand partnerships with overseas educational institutions.

At the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology, international students gained hands-on experience in research and professional practice under the direct guidance of the university's faculty.

The program then moved to the Francophone Space Hall, where both TGU and international students received tailored guidance on their internship topics.

Academic initiatives involving international students help drive international cooperation and global integration at Tien Giang University.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Cao Nguyen Thi, Vice Rector of TGU, emphasized that hosting international students for study and internship programs is pivotal to the university’s international integration strategy. She added that the presence of foreign students not only testifies to the growing ties between TGU and international educational institutions but also elevates the university’s global profile, prestige, and institutional reputation.
