A view of the opening ceremony.

The course runs from June 23 to 26, 2026, updating participants on eight key topics:
- The Party’s viewpoints, alongside State policies and laws, regarding the all-people national defense and people's security foundations, postures, and alignments.
- National guidelines on safeguarding political, economic, cultural, and ideological security in the new context.
- State policies on ethnic and religious affairs linked to national defense and security.
-    Countermeasures against "peaceful evolution" strategies and subversive riots by hostile forces.
-  Cybercrime prevention and cyber-law enforcement.
- Key provisions of major laws, including the laws on National Defense, National Security, Cybersecurity, Military Service, National Defense and Security Education, Militia and Self-Defense Forces, National Borders, Vietnam’s Seas, and Reserve Forces.
- Core content of the Law on Belief and Religion, Government Decree No. 95/2023/ND-CP, and the integration of socio-economic development with defense, security, and foreign affairs.

Delegates attend the ceremony.

Through the course, religious dignitaries and monastic officials will gain deeper insights into the Communist Party of Vietnam’s viewpoints, as well as the State’s policies and laws on ethnic and religious affairs, along with crucial national defense and security tasks in the current situation.

The course also helps participants deconstruct  the nature, plots, and tactics of hostile forces, especially their exploitation of ethnic and religious issues to undermine Vietnam’s revolutionary cause. In doing so, it contributes to further strengthening the great national unity bloc, effectively implementing the Party’s guidelines and the State’s laws and policies. Ultimately, this empowers them to fulfill the Party’s strategic tasks in the new context under the motto of “living a good secular life and a beautiful religious life” and living their religious teachings in the heart of the nation.
