The successful 14th National Party Congress marks a historic turning point for Vietnam

Amidst the powerful currents of the digital era, as the nation enters a new phase of development fueled by aspirations for prosperity and strength, Dong Thap stands before an unprecedented opportunity.

On the morning of June 30, 2025, Dong Thap province held a ceremony to announce resolutions and decisions of the central and local authorities regarding the merger of provincial- and commune-level administrative units; the termination of district-level administrative units; and the establishment of Party organizations, the designation of Party committees, People’s Councils, People’s Committees, and Fatherland Front Committees at the provincial, commune, and ward levels.

A working delegation from the Coast Guard Region 3 Command, led by Colonel Le Van Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Region, departed aboard vessel KN 466 of Fisheries Surveillance Squadron No. 4 to conduct inspections on combat readiness, the prevention and combat of IUU fishing, while also visiting and offering Lunar New Year greetings to forces performing duties in the designated waters of the Truong Sa Special Zone.
