The final round brought together 19 outstanding contestants selected from the preliminary round and the Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.

Notably, the contest saw the participation of seven contestants currently working at the hamlet level. This key milestone indicates that propaganda work has increasingly received thorough attention and has spread deeply to the grassroots level, maximizing effectiveness from the areas closest to the people. The participation of the grassroots propagandist team at the hamlet level demonstrates proactiveness in discovering, fostering, and developing human resources for communication work at the grassroots.

Through the examination parts, contestants demonstrated rigorous preparation, solid knowledge, and good presentation and situation-handling skills, contributing to upgrading the overall quality of the contest.

They harmoniously combined theory with practice, and the resolutions' contents with issues arising from the practical realities of their localities, agencies, and units. Many presentations were meticulously prepared, utilizing information technology, illustrative images, and videos effectively to enhance appeal and persuasiveness for listeners.

In the question and answer (Q&A) session, contestants basically grasped the core contents of the resolutions, answered directly to the main points, and demonstrated good thinking, analysis, practical relation, and situation-handling capacities. Many contestants showed profound understanding and the capability to apply theory to practical propaganda work at the grassroots level.

Speaking to close the contest, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Commission for Propaganda and Education and Mass Mobilization, and Head of the Contest Organizing Committee, emphasized that this is a contest dedicated to the Party's oral propaganda activities in the province that was organized with the largest scale, the highest number of contestants, and the longest duration ever. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen noted that this reflects the crucial significance and widespread pervasiveness of the contest, the deep attention of Party committees and organizations toward oral propaganda work in the new period, and a highly promising, potential, and enthusiastic team of rapporteurs and propagandists who will worthily inherit our Party's political, ideological, and cultural cause.

To continue promoting these important results, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen requested that Party committees, Party organizations, and the team of rapporteurs and propagandists continue to elevate their awareness regarding the position and role of oral propaganda work and the rapporteur team at each level. The Head of the Organizing Committee defined this force as the direct vehicle bringing the Party's guidelines and resolutions into life, as well as the bridge between Party committees and cadres, party members, and the public, contributing to consolidating social consensus and strengthening public trust in the Party.

Besides, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen urged the development of a team of rapporteurs and propagandists who are firm in political mettle, deep in knowledge, and excellent in skills. Units should regularly review and consolidate the team toward ensuring inheritance and development, while focusing on fostering presentation, dialogue, and situation-handling skills, alongside information technology applications and communication methods suitable for each target group. Furthermore, oral propaganda content and methods should continue to be innovated in a practical, vivid, easy-to-understand, easy-to-remember and easy-to-implement manner.

At the closing ceremony, the Contest Organizing Committee presented Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Party Committee’s Commissions to the winning contestants, including 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes, 13 Consolation Prizes, and 11 thematic awards.
