The 14th Party Congress marks a milestone of strategic importance, shaping major policy decisions for the country’s development in the new period.

It is a Congress of trust and aspiration, of breakthroughs and action, of discipline, creativity, solidarity, and development-propelling the nation forward with strength and confidence in the era of national resurgence, advancing toward socialism.

Placing full trust in the Party’s leadership and the success of the Congress, cadres, Party members, and the people of Dong Thap expect the 14th Party Congress to put forward sound, practical guidelines and solutions that will create strong momentum for the country in general and Dong Thap in particular to stride firmly into the era of national rise. The Party organization, authorities, and people of Cho Gao Commune place their full trust in the Party’s leadership and expect the 14th Party Congress to set forth sound, practical, and forward-looking strategic breakthroughs, creating strong momentum for comprehensive national development.

Particular attention is given to building clean and strong Party organizations; improving the capacity and quality of cadres and Party members; promoting democracy; strengthening dialogue with the people; and better caring for the material and spiritual life of citizens.

Based on the major orientations of the 14th Party Congress, the Party organization, authorities, and people of Cho Gao Commune are determined to continue renewing leadership methods, focusing on building clean and strong Party organizations associated with improving the quality of cadres and Party members, especially at the grassroots level.

Continue Paying Greater Attention to Practical Policies for Revolutionary Contributors and Veterans.

Cadres and members of the Veterans Association of Binh Ninh Commune express absolute confidence in the Party’s leadership in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; in building a strong all-people national defense closely associated with developing the Vietnam People’s Army that is revolutionary, regular, elite, and gradually modern in the new situation.

They also hope that the 14th Party Congress will continue to pay attention to leading, refining, and issuing increasingly practical and effective guidelines and policies for revolutionary contributors and veterans.

This will further affirm and spread the tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source,” strengthening the trust and attachment of revolutionary contributors and veterans to the Party and the State, while promoting the core role of veterans in building increasingly stable and sustainably developed localities, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set by the 14th Party Congress.

In recent years, the Veterans Association of Binh Ninh Commune has identified caring for the material and spiritual life of its members as a central, ongoing task. The Association has proactively coordinated the effective implementation of State support policies and carried out emulation movements such as “Veterans Doing Good Business” and coordination in building Great Solidarity houses—creating favorable conditions for members to develop their livelihoods, achieve sustainable poverty reduction, and stabilize their lives.

Notably, during the 14th Party Congress, numerous congratulatory messages and telegrams from political parties, international organizations, and overseas Vietnamese communities vividly demonstrate the prestige and standing of our Party, while also serving as great encouragement for the country’s renewal cause.

Through 13 Party Congresses, our Party has increasingly affirmed its leadership role and firmly consolidated political trust in the hearts of the people.
