Phan Van Thang called on the officials to continue making full use of their strengths and experience, quickly adapt to their new roles, stay informed of the situation, proactively carry out their duties, and not avoid difficulties and challenges, while promptly discussing and coordinating with leadership teams and relevant agencies to resolve issues and improve work efficiency.
He also asked heads of agencies and units to provide support, assign appropriate responsibilities, and create favorable conditions for the newly appointed officials to make the best use of their abilities and strengths and fulfill their assigned duties.

Phan Van Thang said that following the merger, the province had focused on restructuring its organizational apparatus and arranging and consolidating its personnel toward a streamlined, effective and efficient system, in line with the requirements and planned roadmap.
To date, personnel restructuring has basically met requirements. In the coming period, the province will continue reviewing and consolidating its workforce to ensure that the number of deputy positions complies with regulations. Priority will also be given to the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees under its direct supervision, ensuring they can meet the requirements of leadership and direction in carrying out political tasks.
