Huynh Thi Kim Lien Wins First Prize at 2026 Outstanding Lecturer and Propagandist Contest.
(DTO) – After a day of vibrant competition, on the afternoon of May 15, the Party Committee of Provincial Officials held the closing ceremony for the 2026 Outstanding Lecturer and Propagandist Contest. The event focused on disseminating the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025–2030 term.

The contest attracted 11 contestants from subordinate Party cells and Party organizations. According to the organizers, the contestants demonstrated meticulous preparation in terms of content, gathering extensive data and illustrative images to deliver lively and engaging presentations. Their communication outlines were elaborately constructed with tight structures, making the content easy for the audience to understand and remember.
During the presentation segment, many contestants excelled in their roles and demonstrated strong lecturing skills, mastering their content and captivating the audience. Several showed creativity in introducing topics, adhered closely to their outlines, tailored their messages to the target audience, and demonstrated the ability to apply concepts to practical situations, meeting task requirements in the new situation.

At the conclusion of the contest, contestant Huynh Thi Kim Lien from the Office of the Provincial Party Committee won the First Prize. The Second Prize went to contestant Nguyen Hoai Vinh from the Provincial Political School. The Organizing Committee also awarded two Third Prizes and seven Consolation Prizes to the participating contestants.
In his closing remarks, Mr. Le Tan Son, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Contest Organizing Committee, emphasized: "The contest is not only an opportunity for contestants to exchange and learn from experience, but also a practical political activity that contributes to improving the quality of oral propaganda at the grassroots level, bringing Party resolutions into life."
He requested the team of lecturers and propagandists to continue honing their professional qualifications and operational skills, while stepping up innovation, creativity, and the application of information technology to enhance propaganda quality in the new situation. Simultaneously, the Party executives of the respective units need to create favorable conditions for the two top contestants to research and prepare thoroughly for the upcoming provincial-level contest.
