Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee Presents Party Badges on the Occasion of February 3
(DTO) On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026), on the morning of January 29, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee held a ceremony to present Party Badges to Party members awarded the 30-year Party Membership Badge within the Party organization.

Attending the Party Badge presentation ceremony were Mr. Ngo Chi Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap Province; Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Tran Van Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, among others.


Accordingly, the 30-year Party Membership Badge was presented to the following Party members: Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Pham Van An, Party member of the Office Cell of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong, Party member of the General Affairs and Planning Cell, Party Committee of the Department of Finance; Ms. Chung Thi Thanh Huong, Party member of Cell No. 4, Party Committee of the Provincial Social Insurance Agency; and Mr. Tran Van Hue, Party member of Grassroots Tax Cell No. 4, Party Committee of the Provincial Tax Department.


Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Chi Cuong congratulated the Party members who were awarded the Party Badge, affirming that this is a noble honor of the Party, reflecting its recognition and appreciation of the continuous dedication, training, and contributions of each individual.
He also expressed profound expectations for the veteran Party members receiving the Party Badge, emphasizing that they should serve as vivid role models for younger cadres to follow, not only in professional competence but, more importantly, in “a pure heart and steadfast determination.”

On behalf of the recipients, Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai shared a teaching he deeply values: “Senior cadres must maintain their dignity before younger colleagues, working in such a way that future generations can see and respect their genuine contributions.”
He pledged to continue making every effort with “a renewed revolutionary spirit and dedication,” especially in the context of implementing local governance responsibilities and political tasks in the new period.
