Pham Thanh Ngai Presents Party Membership Badges in Cai Be Commune

(DTO) On the morning of August 22, the Cai Be Commune Party Committee held a ceremony at the Commune People’s Committee Hall to present Party Membership Badges for the September 2, 2026 round. Pham Thanh Ngai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial People’s Committee, attended and presented the badges to Party members.  

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee’s decision to present Party Membership Badges to 91 Party members in Cai Be Commune with 30 or more years of Party membership. 

Of these, one member received the 65-year badge, one the 60-year badge, one the 50-year badge, five the 45-year badge, 76 the 35-year badge, and seven the 30-year badge. 

At the ceremony, Chairman Pham Thanh Ngai presented the 65-year Party Membership Badge, certificate and flowers to Nguyen Thi Hoa, a member of the Hoa Phuc Hamlet Party Cell; the 60-year badge to Phan Thi Thu Tu, a member of the An Binh Dong Hamlet Party Cell; and 30-year badges to Party members in Cai Be Commune.
